POSTPONED: WCMA Front-Line Supervisor Training Part C - Madison

Please note, due to current public health concerns and the pressing workforce needs of our members, WCMA is postponing ALL scheduled March and April leadership trainings.  This includes Front-Line Leadership Trainings set for March 17 (previously messaged), March 31, April 8 and a Next Level Leadership Training set for April 22. We hope to reschedule these trainings in late May and early June, and will be in touch by April 15 with an action plan.  Thank you for your understanding and engagement.

WCMA Front-Line Supervisor Training - Part C

WCMA’s Front-Line Supervisor Training courses, refreshed for 2020, are high-quality, low cost opportunities for industry employers not only to train, but also to retain their most valued workers.

Course Summary: 

WCMA Front-Line Supervisor Training will have your employees examining their own strengths and weaknesses in the workplace with the goal of becoming stronger leaders. Highly recommended by previous participants, this program offers proven approaches to managing others, solving problems, making decisions, and communicating, so that they can build an efficient and quality-driven team.

Part C focuses on personal productivity and managing workplace stress. The classes are offered à la carte and can be taken in any order. Tuition costs just $129 per participant with materials, instruction, and meals included. Enrollment is limited to 22 individuals.
