POSTPONED: WCMA Next Step Leadership *NEW*

Please note, due to current public health concerns and the pressing workforce needs of our members, WCMA is postponing ALL scheduled March and April leadership trainings.  This includes Front-Line Leadership Trainings set for March 17 (previously messaged), March 31, April 8 and a Next Level Leadership Training set for April 22. We hope to reschedule these trainings in late May and early June, and will be in touch by April 15 with an action plan.  Thank you for your understanding and engagement.

WCMA Next Step Leadership Course Description:

This brand-new course is open to established leaders and encouraged for those member employees who have completed any of WCMA’s previous leadership course offerings. While a refresher on essential skills will always be a part of this course’s curriculum, it will offer fresh materials each year.

In 2020, the focus is on strategies for inclusion and diversity, and will take place Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

Tuition costs just $135 per person with materials, instruction, and meals included, and is limited to 22 individuals.
