WCMA Front-Line Leadership Training - WCMA's popular training course, offered with energetic instruction from our partners at Intentionaleaders, are high-quality, low cost opportunities for industry employers to not only train, but also to retain their most valued workers. 

WCMA Advanced Leadership Series - This management training series is specifically designed for mid-level managers, or employees who are transitioning to such positions, and focuses on driving change, creative problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Offered with energetic instruction from our partners at Intentionaleaders, this series also helps your valued staff develop industry relationships and apply new skills to a practical problem-solving project. 

WCMA Next Step Leadership - This unique course, offered with instruction from our partners at Intentionaleaders, is open to established leaders and encouraged for those member employees who have completed any of WCMA’s previous leadership course offerings. While a refresher on essential skills will always be a part of this course’s curriculum, each annual session offers a deep dive on a different topic.

WCMA Day at the Capitol - In January, WCMA's Policy Committee visits Wisconsin's state lawmakers to provide educational materials regarding the dairy processing industry and to information about the issues impacting membership.  You're invited to join us.
