WCMA's Front-Line Leadership Training classes are designed for new and seasoned supervisors who want to better communicate, resolve conflicts, manage their time and stress, and cultivate a team mentality.

Please note that all Front-Line Leadership courses are offered a la carte, and may be taken in any order.  In 2022, by member request, Front-Line leadership classes will be presented in a hybrid format, meaning that participants may choose to participate in-person at the La Quinta Inn & Suites - Madison American Center (5217 E Terrace Dr, Madison, WI 53718) or live online from anywhere in the world.
