WCMA's Front-Line Leadership Training classes are designed for new and seasoned supervisors who want to better communicate, resolve conflicts, manage their time and stress, and cultivate a team mentality.

Register now for Front-Line Leadership-Part A, scheduled for September 11, 2023, which will have your staff evaluating their current skills and learning how to grow as a leader. This course will be offered in-person only, to best serve members who prefer it.  Lunch and snacks are included in the purchase price.
