WCMA Front-Line Leadership Training Part B Online

The online Front-Line Leadership Training classes are high-quality, low cost opportunities for industry employers not only to train, but also to retain their most valued workers. Part B focuses on positively impacting staff performance. The classes that make up WCMA’s Front-Line Leadership Training are offered à la carte, and can be taken in any order.

This event is held on online, which allows for small group and partner discussions, interactive polling features and participant chat boxes. To access the virtual training, please be sure to have a computer with webcam capabilities.
