Learn Innovative Energy- and Cost-Saving Strategies in WCMA January Webinar
Register now to join the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. (CT) for the next free, members-only webinar focused on the ways dairy processors can achieve cost savings through energy efficiencies – and the resources available to help get projects moving. Visit WisCheeseMakers.org/Events to learn more and sign up.
“Energy-saving projects aren’t just a way to support a sustainability platform. They can have significant financial benefits, too,” said WCMA Executive Director John Umhoefer.
Participants will hear from Mark Stover, Operations Manager for the Focus on Energy program in Wisconsin, on the incentives available to manufacturers to upgrade existing facilities or start new construction projects. WCMA President Steve Bechel and Dan Sabelko will also share a firsthand industry perspective from Eau Galle Cheese, one of several WCMA member companies that have worked with Focus on Energy in recent years.
The webinar will include a participant Q&A session to explore the energy savings and financial benefits of efficiency projects. Members who prefer to submit their questions anonymously should send them to rsweeney@wischeesemakers.org by close of business on Monday, January 10, 2022.
This offering is the latest in WCMA’s monthly webinar series, launched in October 2021. Webinar topics are driven by WCMA member feedback and will cover a range of themes such as business development, communication strategies, and industry resources. In each session, members will have access to up-to-date information, expert analysis, and industry insights – all at no cost.
