Description: As a Maintenance Parts Inventory Control Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring, purchasing, and maintaining accurate spare parts inventory and records on the CMMS computer system, investigating and solving problems relating to parts inventory control, and providing general administrative assistance to the Director of Maintenance - Operations, Maintenance Planner and Facilities Superintendent.

Experience, Skills and Abilities: 

• Two to four years of experience in an inventory control position or related field preferred.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records by analyzing and reconciling parts inventory on a daily basis.
• Communicate with maintenance personnel on part issues.
• Investigate and solve problems relating to inventory control.
• Perform month end reconciliation of inventory levels.
• Inspect and evaluate new equipment and determine proper quantities of spare parts needed. Work with machine vendors on BOM's and recommended spare parts lists.
• Log new equipment information onto CMMS Asset List.
• Complete parts kitting by work and PM request through CMMS.
• Work with Maintenance Planner to ensure we have items and are ready for PMs.
• Provide a variety of administrative assistance and support to the Maintenance and Engineering Teams.
