We are in search of a Sr Director of Operations, Multi-Site to spearhead operational excellence across 3 dairy processing facilities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and execute business strategies that help save money, create efficiencies, and drive production. As a leader, you will inspire and engage your team to achieve exceptional results while instilling a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Experience, Skills and Abilities: This person will be accountable for the financial performance, food quality and safety, production efficiency, and human safety.
The ideal person will have:
- 8+ years of experience with manufacturing and operations.
- Experience with operational and capital budgets.
- Extensive continuous improvement strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders and process owners.
- Expertise in change management, mentoring, and driving cohesive culture.
Hours/Employment Type: Full Time
Salary/Wages: $150K - $180K
